Who we are

What we collect
We only collect what an order or an enquiry actually needs.
- Identity and contact data — your name, delivery and billing address, email address and phone number.
- Order and payment data — the items you bought, your order history and confirmation that payment succeeded. Card details go straight to our payment provider and we never see or store a full card number.
- Technical data — IP address, browser and device type, and cookie data.
- Messages — what you send us by email or through a contact form, including sizing questions and photographs of pipework you choose to attach.
- Marketing preferences — whether you have opted in to hear from us.

Who we share it with
We share data only with the suppliers who help us run the shop: our payment processor, the couriers who deliver heavy goods to your door, our hosting platform, our email tool and our analytics provider. Each of them acts on our instructions. We also disclose data where the law requires it, for example to a court or a tax authority. We do not sell your personal data.
Transfers outside the UK
Where a supplier stores data outside the UK, the transfer is covered either by an adequacy decision or by appropriate safeguards, usually the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or the UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long we keep it
- Order and transaction records: 6 years, to meet UK tax and accounting rules.
- Account data: while the account is open, then 12 months after you close it.
- Marketing data: until you unsubscribe.
- Support messages: 24 months from the last reply.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask to see the data we hold about you, correct it, erase it, restrict or object to how we use it, receive it in a portable format, and withdraw consent at any time. Write to {{EMAIL}} and we will answer within one month. We may ask you to confirm who you are before we act, so that we do not hand your data to someone else.
Complaints
If something has gone wrong, tell us first at {{EMAIL}} and we will investigate. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
Cookies
Essential cookies keep the site working, including the one that remembers whether you are viewing prices in EUR or GBP. Analytics and advertising cookies are set only after you accept them in the cookie banner, and you can change that choice at any time from the banner link.
Changes to this policy
We update this page when our practices change. If a change materially affects you, we will say so on this page and email customers with an open order.
Ask us about your data
Requests about access, correction or erasure go to the same address as everything else.
